Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the Return Authorization form is included inside the box.

  Ship Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
